The Daniel Jones era has officially begun in New York after the rookie engineered a thrilling 32-31 road victory over Tampa Bay in Week 3. The victory was perhaps even more impressive considering the fact that Jones had to do it without the presence of Saquon Barkely, who left the game in the first half after suffering a severe high ankle sprain. Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram picked up the slack, as the duo combined for 213 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 13 catches.
Hope appears to be somewhat restored across many Giants betting markets, as New York’s odds of winning the NFC East bounced from +2400 up to +1900. The Giants playoff chances also drastically increased after they moved to 1-2 overall, moving from +2900 to +1500.
